Here is what you can expect along the way:

You’ll receive a detailed proposal. Once your retainer is submitted, we begin developing a design plan that reflects your aesthetic and priorities.

We oversee installation, manage the design team, and ensure every detail comes together beautifully so you can simply enjoy the moment.
Your
Investment
We believe in being upfront. Every celebration is different, so your total investment has two parts:
A design fee, based on scope. Event Design starts at $4,500; Full Service Planning + Production starts at $10,000
A production budget, which covers florals, rentals, fabrication, and staffing. Event Design requires a minimum production budget of $15,000; Full Service Planning + Production requires $30,000+

Event Design covers creative direction, custom palettes, floral and décor styling, and on-site installation, while you or your existing planner handle logistics, we handle how the event looks and feels. Full Service Planning + Production is our complete offering: planning, venue sourcing, vendor management, timelines, logistics, and design, all in one team from first concept through event day.

For most weddings, 6-12 months out, and milestone celebrations, 3-6 months out gives us the best runway for sourcing, custom fabrication, and vendor coordination. For corporate events and galas, 3-6 months is typically enough, depending on scale. If your date is closer than that, reach out anyway. We will let you know honestly whether we can make it work.

Yes. Because of the level of custom design, fabrication, and floral artistry involved, our design-only services require a minimum production budget of $15,000, and Full Service Planning + Production begins at $30,000+. This isn't the right fit for every event, and we'd rather be upfront about that than waste your time.

Weddings and micro weddings, milestone birthdays, quinceañeras, private dinners, baby celebrations, proms and galas, and corporate or nonprofit events. If your event doesn't fit neatly into a category, tell us about it! Some of our favorite projects have been the hardest to label.

We're based in Houston and most of our events are local, but we're open to select events outside the city depending on scope and timing. Mention your location when you inquire and we'll let you know.

That's completely fine. Many clients come to us before their venue is locked in. We're happy to help you think through venue options as part of the design process.

You don't need one. Some clients arrive with a fully formed mood board; others arrive with a feeling they can't quite put into words yet. Either way, our first conversation is built around figuring out what you actually want, not what you think you're supposed to say.

Both. We have a trusted network of Houston vendors we love working with, and we're also glad to collaborate with vendors you've already booked.

We intentionally keep our calendar limited so every client gets the level of attention their event deserves, which means dates do book out ahead of major seasons (spring and fall especially). If you have a date in mind, it's worth reaching out early.

You'll hear from us within 24 hours to schedule a call or video chat. From there, if it's a good fit, we send a detailed proposal, and once your retainer is submitted, we begin building your design plan.
